Grading?

If I were to give myself a grade on grading I would give myself a solid D+.

Yup, I'm basically failing at grading my kids work. 

I'm, as my almost teenager would say, "confuzzled". I have a spreadsheet that I've been using and it works for me. But I'm struggling on the organization level. I grade but I don't know where to put the papers that I've graded. Do I need to keep them or can I throw them away knowing the grade is "in the books"? And then some papers are staying in the books...

My head is spinning over the grading process.
