Today I had to work all by myself for six hours. URGH...I hate when employees don't show up for their shift. Although, I have to believe that it was not all his fault; considering that he was on his honeymoon last week and the schedule wasn't posted the last day he worked. Ah well, I got through it and now it's over. I just feel so tired and wore out. The good part is, I got to listen to the music I wanted to listen to all day long and no one could tell me to turn it off and wonder if they could change the channel.
My job is stressful, I can't wait until november when I can quite (per doctors orders). Of course if it becomes to burdensome I will consider quitting sooner. But that probably won't happen cause I might go insane with absolutely nothing to do. At least in November I have the holidays to look forward to and I can finish some stuff I've been working on. I also plan on crocheting some blankets for the babies cause that's a nice calm thing to do while I wait. I can catch up on some tv and reading...that'll be exciting!
Okay, so the lesson of the day. If you return a tuxedo and you are missing the jacket make sure that you know where you can find it. This guy returned today and I had to charge him 300 dollars because he told me he had no intention of returning the jacket because he lost it, completely. I think it's great that he was so honost with me though and told the truth and then pulled out his credit card and paid for his mistake. Honost people are cool!!
Until next time...

Since I'm not an OB, all I can do is quote the literature (writen by the top OB's in the country).
"Although bedrest or reduced activity is often recommended for prevention of preterm labor and birth, -randomized trials of hospitalization or bedrest in twin pregnancies failed to show a prolongation of gestational age at delivery"
This is not to say that you shouldn't take time off (heck, I would- it would suck to be pregnant). Just saying that I wouldn't put to much stake in such advice and would not worry too much about overexurting yourself during your sabbatical. (many women RUN while pregnant with no complications).
I apologize for turning your blogsite so political. What can I say - I love playing the antagonist. Doesn't help that I am on my easiest rotation yet so have much free time ;) Feel free to visit my site http://doctoradamvr.blogspot.com/ and fireball/lambast me as much as makes you feel good. ;)
