Went to the OB Triage on Saturday afternoon because I was having lot's of cramping/contractions/braxton hicks. They said my cervix was still closed and gave me some meds to stop the contractions. Then I had an appt. today with the MFM doctors and they did a cervical length, which is 43 mm (really good). Also the placenta has moved from 1.5 cm from the cervical opening to 3.7 cm. This is really great news!! The baby's heart beat was a strong 162.
The reason for the contractions is unknown but I'm guessing I might have been a bit dehydrated and maybe over did it a bit at the wedding. All's well now and I'm feeling well and resting really well. We're in Holland for a few days and we're enjoying the relaxation (except Seth is working so I'm enjoying the relaxation.) Came back home for the appt and thought I'd post b/c mom and dad don't have internet right now...I'm working on it!
