After my wonderful Baby Shower on Saturday I am more ready than I was. Seth and I received great gifts and feel very blessed. There is still a lot to buy though; diapers, onesies, some more clothes, but we'll go to consignment shops for those (and the sale rack at Target!!). The one big thing that I didn't register for was a rocking chair. Those things are way expensive and I'm hoping that someone will have one that we could borrow for a year or so. We don't have one single chair that even rocks in our house and I would love to have one in the baby room.
If anyone knows of a rocking chair that would like to be used by a new mommy and her baby please let me know!! It would be a great blessing!

I know this wouldn't be free, but I do not know if you have ever heard of Craigslist before. If not, let me know, but in their baby section there are normally a lot of people that are getting rid of rockers or gliders for cheap. We bought our glider for $30.00. I can also look for you if you would like because I know that we (in Indianapolis) get a lot more postings than on the West side of MI. Let me know, otherwise hopefully you can find one elsewhere.
