Yesterday I told you that I would explain why I was doing the self-clean cycle in my oven. Leave it to me to not wrap up everything...this is why I could never write a novel!
The self clean cycle worked like a charm, last night was the first time I ever used it!
The reason: Pizza by TJ. (Which was delicious and worth the cleaning!)
Seth and I had Anna, Anna's friend Lauren, and Eric (someone both Seth and Anna know) over for games. Anna brought the Pizza from TJ's store and it had so much cheese and we didn't place a pan under it and the pan it was on didn't have side...well, you get the picture. We had a great night playing Agricola. It's a strategy game and it's fun (along the same lines as Settlers of Catan)!! The pizza was great, the game was great, and communicating with adults was great! Peter was still around but my conversation was not about "stinkies in the pants" or diaper rash!
Well, that's why I had to clean the oven...just in case you were wondering!
