Okay, so I actually just went to school with Claudia and had her examine me for her final! But it's kind of the same thing! I did it so someone could learn and pass their final! She had drawn out of the hat "abdomen". This meant she had to check my abdomen and torso (i think that's what it was, correct me if I'm wrong Claudia!) It was a lot of fun! It got me out of the house, Peter stayed with Shari (so he got to play in a great new place) and it kept me from taking a mid-morning nap!
Peter has been very funny lately! It's great to see him growing and developing in new ways. He's learned to shake his head 'yes' to everything! Including when he dropped his complete dinner on the floor today and I said "Peter, we don't do this, this is naughty. Do you understand?" and his reply was a simple nod of the head! I know he doesn't really understand but it's funny none the less! He also shook his head yes when I asked if he had fun with aunt Shari, if they went outside, and if he liked his breakfast!
Another funny thing he does is say 'mama' when he's doing things he knows he shouldn't be doing! For example climbing on a chair and taking apart my puzzle, climbing onto the back of the sofa and holding onto the window, or climbing onto the bench near the front door to get at things on the counter. He's a silly boy, he keeps me busy, and he is such a great blessing! He is on the go constantly and, not only am I getting better sleep, but so is he.
