Meal of the Week Monday!

Plain-style Chicken Wraps

2 Chicken Breasts, cubed and cooked (GFS brand, of course)
2 - 8" tortillas, warmed
1 green pepper, sliced and sauted (Or use a Fajita Mix of Peppers and Onions, found in the frozen veggie aisle at your local grocery store)
Salsa (I used Mild Ortega Original)
Sour Cream
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion, sauted

Cube chicken. Cook in fry pan with oil until no longer pink inside. (You may add some fajita or taco seasoning to this, or a seasoning of your own creation, I left it plain when I had it tonight)
Saute peppers and onions.
Warm the tortillas in microwave for 10 to 15 seconds.
Put Sour Cream on each (down the middle and off to one side so that when you close the wrap it stays closed)
Layer chicken, and other ingredients of your choice. (I only used salsa, peppers, and cheese because that was all I had!)
Close the tortilla and enjoy!

*Note: This is my own recipe. I did not copy it from any recipe book. I just used my knowledge of tacos and fajitas and improvised with what I had. *
