On Friday, Seth and I went to a fabulous wedding! We enjoyed the time together and time with people from his work! The couple that got married Seth has worked with in the past but has since moved on to greater things!
The wedding was a great time! It was the first wedding I've been to where the wedding party danced down the aisle! (If you are unsure of what I mean check out this video, which is the wedding party that made this popular!) Then, when they got to the front the did the Cupid Shuffle before the bride walked down the aisle.
The ceremony was outside on a gorgeous country club lawn. We were directly in the sun and very sweaty by the end, but it was worth it!
The reception was at a hot spot in downtown and we enjoyed food, drinks and lots of laughter!
It was a great night!
The best part about weddings, when you are already married, is the fact that you get to look back at your wedding and remember the commitment that was made! It's a great reminder of where you were, where you are and where you hope to be in the future! It's great to see a new life forming for two people!
