It all started Saturday night with Aaron. He puked on the couch while Seth was out mowing. Thankfully, Claudia was here to help keep Peter and Abigail away from the mess. She played puzzles and games with them and kept their mind off Aaron, because they were quite concerned about him.
We stayed home Sunday from church, as a family anyway. Seth went to the service and then we switched places while I had a kick off to attend for a committee I'm on. Seth also went to the night service! From what he's told me I can't wait to listen to the podcasts!
Monday, Aaron felt a ton better. We took a couple walks, enjoyed good food, had a great time playing outside a couple different times.
Today, though, was different. I took Peter to school and left the twins behind with Seth. As I'm getting out of the car, Seth calls and tells me Abigail puked. Great! I took Peter to his class and then off to the hardware store to purchase cleaners; carpet cleaner, disinfectant wipes, febreze, and disinfectant spray.
My dad was able to get Peter from school for me so I didn't have to take the twins out. We had lunch watched movies and just after 4 PM...Peter puked. Poor kid kept saying "I don't know why this is happening, mom! What will make this stop?". He also talked about going to Heaven because no one is sick there. He said Daddy could take us on a fast train. I told him I would pray, and pray I did! When I was done he said, "Mom, how long is it going to take?" I couldn't believe he was so distraught over this. At one time I told him to talk to Jesus and ask him to heal his tummy. He told me he already did. So sweet!
It's now almost 9PM and my house is quiet, besides the washing machine! The kids, I pray, are done puking. The bedrooms have been spot shot, vacuumed and febrezed! The living room will be done soon! My sheets are in the wash and I have a ton of clothes on my bed to fold.
Goodnight! Prayers for Seth and I and Claudia would be greatly appreciated. We DON'T want to be sick! We pray against it, and we hope you will pray for us, too!
