After Christmas I did some organizing and decorating. I still have a ton more to do but it's a start!
Master Bathroom
I have had these Faith and Family plaques for a while (3-4 years?) and finally have hung them! The colors match well in my bathroom so I hung them in there! I also organized my necklaces by hanging them on command hooks! Love them! I also organized the entire cabinet in our bathroom which is now free of expired products and junk!
Laundry Room
My laundry room is small. We had some left over wood from another project that was already cut so I hung that up in the room for storage and a small folding area (which is really just an area to hold clothes until I get motivated to put it away or until it is all dirty again because it became the grab pile)!
I also hung a sign I got from Seth's grandma's Christmas! I hung it on the outside of the laundry room above the door!
Toy Closet
Our toy/game closet has gone through many changes over the past six years. This one will stick for a while! The kids are somewhat grasping the idea that it's more fun to play when things are organized and you know right where to find a toy! It's also easier to clean up when you can grab a bin and pick everything up without making multiple trip to and from the toy closet!
Next Steps
• basement toy room
• under the stairs
• sewing area
• getting the kids clothes (that don't fit) sold off!
