In the past couple days, on two different blogs, I have seen the love story of the couple posted. I meant to do a post last September about how Seth and I met and fell in love. Last September we had known each other for 10 years! So, from now until Valentine's Day, I will be posting stories about how Seth and I met, fell in love, and continue to stay in love. It's a story that is still going; a story not just about our love for each other but our love for God, for our family and for our desire to grow in love, with all these things, more each day.
Meeting Up:
Seth and I met a couple weeks into my sophomore year at college. He had transferred in and was sophomore status, even though he was a year ahead of me. We ended up living in the same on-campus apartment building. We met in the common room.
My roommate (and best friend in college) and I were studying in the common room and Seth and his roommate came in to play pool. We began talking generally and soon we were knocking on each others doors to walk to class together, eat at Johnny's, or just go and hang out to play pool. We formed a nice friendship and I really began to look at him as someone I could easily fall in love with, which really means I already had!
We kept it friendly, but my roommates knew my true feelings and soon began to plot...

This photo was taken before we attended a Football Game of my HS Alma mater; taken within the first month after we met.
