Our town has 4th of July festivities the weekend before the 4th.
Parade...fireworks...fun!!
Above is the family float we always love to do! As a family (31 strong!!) we walk and toss candy to the parade watchers! My cousin pulls the float with one of Grandpa's many tractors and Grandpa enjoys driving his red one!!
After the parade my parents, sisters, and their families all have a cookout and enjoy family time doing whatever! The cousins always enjoy time playing and this year Seth and I played Euker with my sister and hubby!
Today, Seth and I took the kids to Peter's elementary to play on the playground and enjoy just some immediate family time.
So much fun packed into such a short two days!
