Seven! What a wonderful number! Peter is enjoying it so far.
We have laid on the couch, eaten junk food, and did a little cleaning. Nevermind the fact that I have a double ear infection and Seth is laid up in bed with most likely some strain of the flu. It's Peter's day and so we tried to make it pretty special.
My mom took all the kids to the store for some essentials for tomorrow and Peter picked out a special cake for himself. I'm letting them get away with a lot today but energy seems to be absent and I'm trying to rest a bit so I can enjoy tomorrow.
Back to Peter, from us we got him How to Train Your Dragon 2 on blu-ray. (He'll get a new bike in the Spring!) We sang the Birthday song, he blew out candles and now we are coloring and watching the new movie!
My parents are due to bring Peter's gift over later and he'll open it in the garage so they don't have to come in!
It's been a good day and Peter is enjoying just a lay-low kind of day! I'm so glad he's an easy going kid! He's one special guy and I'm so excited to see him continue to grow in life, in strength, and most important, in his faith!
